Since my childhood I have always been addicted to beautiful things.
I studied Cultural Anthropolgy trying to figure out the origin of social structures, gender roles and habits. Having always loved Asian art and culture I specialised in Mongolian Studies. I spent more than one year in Asia where I wrote about Mongolian architecture and worked in the national state archives in Ulaanbaatar as well as in abandoned monasteries all over the country.
Again fascinated by the beauty of Asian Art, I started to collect whatever I could afford. Today I have a nice collection of Asian and Tribal Art.
I live in Vienna / Austria and if you want to contact me: matsl@gmx.at
